Fantastic Trip

We were so impressed walking into this condo. From the high vaulted ceilings to wonderful large art work, it immediately felt so welcoming and a great place to spend our vacation. The king bed was excellent and we found it extremely comfortable We tried both pools and found the quiet pool to be a great place to get some sun and read a book. The condo is in a great community called wailea and was such a great change from the busy and more condensed kihei. Had a wonderful time and can't wait to return!

Lovely Vacation

This property is a real gem we cannot say enough about the lovely, decor, cleanliness and outstanding view. They thought of everything right down to the coffee filters!! We enjoyed a comfortable relaxing stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Stunning Accommodation

This condo is amazing! It is clean, modern, comfortable and fully stocked with all amenities. The complex has a great BBQ area with hot tub and pool. I travel a lot and this condo provided everything needed for a home away from home. You won't be disappointed!

Affordable Luxury

This condo exceeded expectations! It is very spacious and has numerous extras to make your stay special. Four adults could easily be accommodated since the unit has 2 full bathrooms. All the beach accessories were much appreciated and used. We cooked breakfast and dinner in and the kitchen has everything you need to create meals. We sat on the lanai for breakfast and evenings to catch to sunset when we weren't on the beach. The view is really relaxing and fun to watch the golfers! The large washer and dryer lives in a small utility room on the lanai, which is very convenient and keeps the condo very quiet while doing laundry. The large dedicated parking space is right at the bottom of the stairs. As for the stairs, the walk up is very easy and you are engulfed by the perfume of a large plumeria tree. The location is superb.

South Maui Condo

Excellent condo, with all necessary amenities. Steps from the pool. Ample parking. Well appointed. Close to shopping and dining.

This condo was really great.

Very comfortable for my husband, me and our two boys. It was very well-equiped in the kitchen. Very easy to prepare and cook meals. We used the BBQ near the pool which worked great. For sleeping, the beds were very comfortable. Nice breeze from the open windows and ceiling fans. Occasionally we would hear a car in the parking lot very early in the morning but not a big deal. Nice thick towels in the bathrooms. Appreciated the soaps, shampoos and lotions. We loved using all of the beach and snorkel gear so thank you for allowing us to use! We enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai every morning. Also, we did laundry several times and it was very convenient to have it in the condo (on the lanai). We thought overall it was a wonderful place!

What a happy surprise!

This was our 10th visit to Maui since we got married 5 years ago. We've stayed in quite a few condos in South Maui so after spending 18 hours to get to Maui, the one thing that you don't need is a bad surprise. Well this condo was a Happy surprise! First things first... after being up 23 hours... its time to crash. Forget unpacking...just find the master bedroom and plop into bed. Wow...this was the most comfortable king bed that I've slept in in a long time. Comes morning and you start to investigate your home for the next 21 days. Absolutely...top shelf! Granite counter tops...stainless steel appliances...superior cookware and all the kitchen gadgets that we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. Greeting you on the counter were a beautiful bouquet of Maui flora (they lasted 15 days) and a box of Macadamina nut chocolates. Great upscale furniture ( wait till you see the new sofa) and fantastic local art work on the walls. For those that hate the sun or love TV...3 flat screen TV's( living room...and each bedroom) a Blu-ray player and a I pod station in the living room. Master bath has a HUGE walk-in shower for 2-4 people. My bride (67 years old) and myself (76 years old) did our best everyday to save precious Maui water. We did not realize how precious this condo was, till we had 3 couples that were also staying in Grand Champion visited us and proclaimed that this condo was far better than the ones they were staying in. And after seeing their units I had to agree. Setting on the lanai at sunset, you get a great view of the sunset between the towering palm trees. Want to swim? Out the door....25 feet to one pool.....50 feet to the quiet pool...and both have hot tubs. I thank Kathleen for letting us use her home for our 5th Anniversary and kudos to her onsite manager Lorraine (ask a question... Get an answer wiki-wiki). Can't wait till me get back to this home in Spring or in November ( 6th Anniversary)! ALOHA!

Fantastic Condo!

You know when you search these sites you think to yourself, wow, could it really be this good? Well, it is. From the second we walked in we thought, WOW, this place is great. Lovely, quiet end of the complex, it abuts the strip of tropical "forest" so every morning there is a serenade by the birds. Clean, beautifully appointed including all of the beach gear you need for a day at the many close beaches. New appliances and beautiful bathrooms as well. We loved the fact that unlike other condos where bedrooms share a wall, these are on opposite sides so no one had to listen to anyone's TV at night. Not that you will because you're beat from all of the fun and sun! Super large fridge (we've gotten minis before) with island and stools as well as a dining table. The first pool is literally across the driveway and the second pool just a bit away from that one. I expected to pay much more for these accommodations. Mahalo, Kathleen! We would never consider anyplace else in Maui to stay after being here.

Everything we required and more.

The 4 of us, two couples in our late 20's early 30's stayed at this condo in Wailea. This was the perfect spot to relax...our crazy party days are behind us. This is close to Kihei where there are great and affordable restaurants...and a bit of nightlife for post dinner cocktails.

Overall, our stay at the condo was excellent. The property manager was very helpful, the condo is in a great location to go to the beaches nearby. We stayed up in Kapalua for the second half of our stay and found ourselves driving an hour to come back to the beaches in Wailea...in short, its better here.

The property on which this condo resides is very nice. Pool/hot tub/BBQ area was great...this condo is right next to it so its not far to walk with the steaks!

I would recommend this condo for sure, great value for the money!

We loved this beautifully appointed condo!

It had everything we needed and more. This was such a peaceful and private area. The lanai was very spacious and it was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee or evening cocktail. We will be back!

Luxury in Paradise!

Wow! This has to be the best holiday we have ever had. The villa was fabulous, so comfortable,clean and welcoming after our long journey. It had everything you could possibly need, a real home from home and much much more! Sitting on the beautiful lanai for breakfast each morning and listening to the birds was just perfect! The attention to detail that the owner, Kathleen has made is second to none, and she couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole booking process. Lorraine, who you can contact any time during your stay, is absolutely fantastic and goes out of her way to help in any way she can! :) All in all this is the perfect place in the most beautiful location and we will certainly be returning!

Paradise in Wailea

This condo was well equipped and had the best lay out. Everyone could have their privacy. Lanai was beautiful. A special bonus was the extra supplies for a great day at the beach:

Beach towels, folding chairs, umbrella, soft and hard cooler, and even blue ice in the freezer! The snorkel gear was a plus, especially since there are some great snorkeling beaches nearby. We saw and swam with the Spinner Dolphins in Peruse Bay. Lot's of exciting whale action in January.

We also appreciated how organized Kathleen, the owner, was from start to finish. I hope we can return to this beautiful condo. Wailea is the perfect location in Maui.

Dream Vacation Rental

This is a gorgeous condo. We simply loved the renovations and the bright, modern color scheme. The fact that is has 2 separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom is wonderful. The layout is perfect, with the kitchen and living room separating the 2 bedrooms for some added privacy. The lanai is spacious and having a washer/dryer was yet another perk. This condo is located in the beautiful town of Wailea, so close to many eateries, beaches, and even an urgent care clinic around the corner, which came in handy during our stay. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and definitely plan to return.
